A Mom's Life: 14/48

This week's A Mom's Life is one of LB's pretty godmothers, a fellow Army wife and one of my few closest friends in the military community. 

We only met personally when she and her then-boyfie (Rhambo's mistah) visited us at home to see our 3-month old baby girl. Since then, we did our best to communicate. She used to sleep over at our very shoebox-style house in Pasig whenever she was in town for some work-related activities. We used to have short talks over a bottle of Gilbey's Premium Strength. She's the kind of friend who balances off my bad girl-ness. She will always tell me to ignore the people/things that really do not matter. And she was right. 

Her being a mother, I am not in any position to judge as she already has two. But in the eyes of her Army kind of guy, she's a SUPER MOM. ♥ (aww-worthy, right?)

Daddy Gq posted the photo above with the caption "Super Mom!" and it was trending, it had 61 likes. I tell you, it's not easy to become a mom to a 4-year old; but a toddler and a newborn? I don't know if I can handle that --- the toddler is still too clingy and wants mommy most of the time; the newborn is breastfed, she needs mommy more than anyone else. The good thing is, mommy lives with her family that she gets sincere help from, whenever she needs. See, super moms like her needs super family to live a super life. 

This photo I grabbed from Daddy Gq's Facebook account. This was taken in Army General Hospital in Fort Bonifacio, Taguig City. I will try my best to answer some questions (if you have) about the hospital if you're an Army wife and has plans to give birth there. For now, let's get to know more about Mommy Chique.

OCCUPATION: Chemist by profession. I resigned when I got pregnant so I'm now a SAHM.

FAVORITE OUTFIT: Jeans/leggings, shirts

MUST-HAVE BEAUTY COSMETIC: Loose powder, lip balm (ayaw ni jowa na naglalagay ako ng kolorete sa face :P)

HOBBIES: Baking (nag-aaral pa lang), most of the time Facebook and chatting with my hubby

FAVORITE DOMESTIC DUTY: Mag-alaga ng makulit na bata

Bebeng says: I have witnessed how kulit Yanna is. But I think she's just being a normal toddler --- making her parents laugh and inis at the same time. Haha! But now that she has a baby sister, I think her instinct will tell her to finally behave; like what the old folks always say. Oh shucks, my Fallopian Tubes are pressured again. LB needs a baby sib. Lol ;)

GUILTY PLEASURE: eating and eating
