Babypalooza Bazaar: The Aftermath

This is by far, the most swabe bazaar I have been into. Having this as my 3rd mommy-baby bazaar made it like a comparative study of such. Well, I will not go into gory details though because they all came from a different perspective. Let us only focus on the good things. Good vibes, baybeh. I will just be a bit biased here because I will label this bazaar as my favorite! Ooh, what an announcement. Well, I may not have received a hefty number of  freebies but it made an impact to my lakwatsera spirit because it's nearer and it was the time I got to meet (and had a photo op) with my favorite fellow bloggers. Sweet.

So attending a mommy bazaar wouldn't be complete without my MBF, ME. We met at the LRT-Katipunan station and took a jeepney ride to Arrneyo (Ateneo). I wish we just rode a trike. The 5-minute walk to Walter Hogan Conference Center gave me a tearful armpit. Letch. And ME & I pa were wondering why walang people around. We thought we're lost. And then we saw the signs! Hurray!

May mga eksenang karatula everywhere. Parang finding the treasure ang peg. Parang Jake and the Neverland Pirates! Pero wit, gastooooos kasama si LB --- short for Little Bilmoko. Kalerks. Ayun, naiwan ulit with Ate Maritess. And speaking of Ate, here's my OOTD. Naks, gumaganun. 'Di ba I told you that I should train her to professionally photograph my OOTD pics? Naku, naku. I did. Pero she got worse. Pinagpawisan the space between my nose and upper lip sa kaka-instruct sa kanya. What do you call that, anyway? So I asked ME na lang, perfect pa, kasi background ko ang tarp. Chaaar.

So tuloy lang pag-hunt este paghahanap where Walter Hogan Conference Center is. Hey, another sign! Banderitas by the stairs, modeled by ME . Papalapit na kami sa bazaar. Eto na talaga.

Dahil nga hulas ang beauty namin, to the comfort room! Great that the organizers put in this hand soap exclusively for the attendees of the bazaar. I saw Mommy Fleur pa there. I told her early on na magpapa-picture ako later. :)

Tapos bago kami pumasok sa loob, tingin-tingin muna. Eto may nakita kaming diaper bag in camouflage design from My Doodles. I didn't have the chance to take a photo of it up close. Again, enthralled. I made a mental note na 'pag nagkaroon ako ng baby boy, yun ang diaper bag ko. :)

Then this popcorn from Dee's looks yummy. Sayang, wala silang free taste. Hehe. Feeling ko little warrior mode on. So eto nga, medyo hindi na ako excited. Naisip ko same old thing na nakikita sa bazaars.

Lo and behold, before pumasok sa venue proper, aba may tarp ang TSN! Bonggelz much. Then ME & I made ikot-ikot na. Nawala pati sa isip ko na may kukunin pala akong prize from TSN kasi winner cordero ako sa Artsy Fartsy Giveaway nila.

Here's the Diaper Cake Shop by Rosie Marcelo. They can customize the diaper cake according to your baby shower's theme; and of course, your baby's gender. I will have them on a giveaway post, very soon. So please watch out for that.

ME was getting hooked on collecting lady bug-designed items for her baby, R. So she was so thrilled to see this romper set for Php200 only! I can't wait to see my inaanak wearing this. Adorbs, for sure. Mana sa Ninang. Walang kokontra. :p

Then sa likod namin was the Cuarto, Atbp. booth. Nakabili ako ng multilingual book. It's a story about the rain in English, Spanish & French languages.

Nose bleed ang mga voulez-voulez chenelin. Wit ko knows i-pronounce teh. Hihikain ata ako. Pero kiber, binili ko pa din. Twenty thousand feysos lang! Anuber.

Tapos may scrapbook items din si Cuarto, Atbp. so si ME na may dalang budget for shopping talaga, nakabili ng stickers.

Eto ang pinakamasaya, I got to meet with Fleur Sombrero of Mommy Fleur! But Mommy Fleur insisted. If you have met her na, you'd definitely laugh at how she said this, "gamitin mo, binili ko yan!" Ending, ginamit nga. Tapos tawanan.

Nakabili din ako ng summer dress for only Php100!

Heller, sowshaaaal talaga. Biktorya's Sikret eh. Tska bet ko yung scent nung isang lotion, amoy mayaman. May TSN notepad din. Them already, may notepad pa. :)

And then ME got hungry. There's something about Hungarian sausages and mommy bazaars. Have you noticed that? Bakit ito ang mabenta sa mga mudjay? Sagutin niyo ko! :)

After lafang, ikot ulit kami. Here's a photo with Jeanne Marfal of Crumbs & Grubs. I admired how she could be at that body when she just gave birth last month. Can you believe that? Life is so unfair. Haha!

Yun pala si Ira, winner of my Pre-Babypalooza Bazaar Giveaway. Yey!

Some good things never last, ika nga. Charot. We decided to go home lang. Saka lang namin nakita si Sophie the Giraffe upon the entrance. And we learned na oldies na pala ito, 51 years na! :)

Dumerecho kami sa Fully Booked sa tapat ng Arneyyo at nakapag-brainstorm ng kaunti about our future business partnership then uwian na talaga. As promised to LB, I brought her ice cream for pasalubong. It was a hot Friday afternoon so a quick ice cream fix could make this little girl's hot head cool down.

Ayan, damang-dama niya ang dungis niya. Super emote sa salamin. Parang kontrabidang kumain ng dinuguan. At masayang dumating ang side kick niya mula sa day-off.

Congratulations to the fabulous ladies behind the Babypalooza Bazaar. I hope there's still one next year! My MBF & I had so much fun. :)
