On Cosmetics, Prices & Jar of Hope Review

At last, finally got to talk to my kawal who's so barado ang ilong. Ang saya nito when we kiss, paunahan tumulo ang sipon. Mate-test na naman marriage namin! Fireproof moment. Well, you might be thinking that I find it gross eh asawa ko naman siya. Eh ano pa nga ba? Oo naman, gross yun. Hahaha! But no, I love my husband --- booger, fart & all. Whoever says athletes have the stinkiest feet is so judgmental. Duh, naamoy na ba niya army men's feet?! With my husband's allowance, kasama sa budget ang foot powder. Uhm, I think when he gets to read this, reresbak yun. Unahan ko na. My feet get stinky din naman when the shoes has bacteria na. Like, for example, I have used it for walking in the flood; even after washing, and especially if it's made of cloth (like my SM Parisian flats --- kainis), ang jontot pa din. Diyahe nga. So I threw it away na. Nagbagong-buhay na paa ko. Now I can eat using my feet (not true). I think aside from alcohol (isopropyl not Tanduay), Nivea Men Deospray and shaver, Rhambo's staple hygiene product is his foot powder. Yun lang. As much as I would like to influence him on using what Jericho Rosales or Derek Ramsay are endorsing, eh bukod sa tamad siya, lagi niyang sinasabi na "baka sa akin lang masira pangalan ng mga yan!" I got his point. My soldier is a fuss-free kind of guy. Super my opposite.

This is what I will bring on our provincial tour.
Zipper plastic bags are a mom's bestfriend!

I love having anik-anik around. Mahilig ako sa abubot, duplication of cosmetics, different brands of lotion and anything na malakas maka-babae. So this vacation somewhere suburbs has led me to some packing duties. And that includes Sophia's essentials, too. I got it from yummymummy Denise Gonzales-Bernardo, one of the owners of Indigo Baby. She sent it to me along with other INDIGObaby products (which I will do a review about soon). Loser.

Ayun na nga, Jar of Hope has given me so much hope! At first I thought it's just one of those organic chenelin na hindi effective. But it is! Naloka lang ako sa consistency nito, pero I've learned to deal with it. Swearness. Remember when I said na yung Mustela Stelatria has this effect that when you make pahid the cream eh medyo mabagal ang result pero walang maiiwang pangingitim? Somehow, ganun ang Jar of Hope, only armed with faster results. Basta dapat masipag ka magpahid. Organic ingredients pa so it's really safe for kids. And it's only 425 feysoses, compared to the more soshal Mustela Stelatria. Find out the price, pang-mayaman. Haha! I never had the chance to buy na nga that one because 1) ang layo ng balur namin sa kung saan pwede bumili, 2) tuwing gusto ko na bumili eh may darating na bayarin na MAS importante, 3) okay naman si Calmoseptine sa kagat ng lamok, kagat ng langgam lang siya nangingitim. Buti na lang there's Jar of Hope! What I like most about it despite the weird consistency, eh clear siya. It doesn't stain on clothes. Promise, good girl naman ako. Love, Bebeng. ♥

  1. Hi Mommy Denise!

Does it work on scars too?
I've seen this product around but I wasn't sure whether it's effective or not.
It says "First Aid Gel" pero ano pang other uses/purpose nya?

    Thank you :)
